We give you a 30-day warranty on any drain we clean, unless we’re dealing with tree roots. Roots are a different animal because they’re so unpredictable. That's why I always suggest we run a camera down there first to see how your pipe joints look before we go in with the heavy-duty cutters. If we just start snaking a line that’s got roots, that cable can snag and actually rip apart those old clay tile pipes where the roots have snuck in through the seams. Give us a ring before you start digging anywhere. We can usually get drains open that other guys just give up on. Just so you know, I can't be held responsible for cables that get stuck or snap underground.
